This morning these words just flowed from my heart:

Life is precious. We know we must live each moment as if it is our last. Love each other as it we mean it. Be loving even with our opponents. Believe the universe has our back. Believe in our own potential to do good for our planet. Believe in our potential to make an impact because we all have that super power if we recognise ourselves. Dream big, smile more and love more. Success comes from service and passion to help the world, our world is our community. We are all capable of doing some good.

Listen to our inner truths, and be unashamedly true to who we are. There is only one of us in this big world. The universal truth is we came here empty handed, and we shall leave here empty handed.

As for me, nothing belongs to me and if I have anything it is in my role as a custodian for my job or dharma is to cherish what I have been gifted with. If a physical possession no longer serves it is time to let it go, and allow someone else to cherish it. As my dad used to say, recycle more, buy less, and remember, less is more.

In our lives we only need one or two people who absolutely believe in us. We are amazing beings not human machines, yet we spend our lives in auto-pilot. Feel and experience each moment. We do not need validation from others as we can celebrate us ourselves, but sometimes it helps to recognise, and value the journey of others, just as we would like to be seen in the same way.

We have the power to see our own shine, and when we need help it will be there in the form of a soul or an opportunity, the answers unfold just at the right time. In time if we feel lost we will find our way. We are all heading home and our heart knows what is best.

We are held by a powerful force some call this God, as do I, and by the universal energy, and our departed loved one, and other angels. They all watch over us, and guide us.

Stillness speaks and we need to pause now and then to hear our inner wisdom. The noise outside of us can drown us out if we are not discerning so beware of what we allow in our bodies, and soul.

Our breath, our energy and our planet are all precious, and a one time only gift. All physical possessions come with an expiry date but our souls are infinite. As physical possessions are temporary do not let these possessions control us but use these possessions to do good, and for a greater purpose.

Why waste our energy and worry? Remember always, God and the universal power has our back. We are not alone. We are one. We are God’s creation just like a rose that makes us smile, or a child’s smile that lifts our heart.

We are unique and are a part of a force greater than we can possibly imagine. Be kind and remember, you and I are precious.
