Commitments Business Owners and Dynamic Leaders Must Make to Achieve Stamina for Success

We all desire time and financial freedom, but staying the course is key. A strong “big why” is the starting point—followed by a dream and then taking massive actions.

I recently attended a Mastermind Circle with Dean Graziosi and Bari Baumgardner. I want to share the valuable lessons I learned to inspire you. Knowledge is like an unread book; it creates magic when shared.

Here are my insights:

  1. Plan the Next 30 Days of Goals: Break them down, write them down, speak them aloud, and journal what is working and what needs tweaking.
  2. Track Progress: What you measure improves.
  3. Commitment over Convenience: Everything starts with a decision. Are you disturbed enough to take action? What is your commitment to yourself, your loved ones, and the people you want to serve?
  4. Define Your Big Why: This is crucial to overcoming obstacles, especially when excuses arise. Journaling and being part of a mastermind community helps maintain momentum and stay on track.

My Big Why

My Father: He inspired me by coming to the UK in the ’50s for financial freedom. He raised his children single-handedly, ran businesses, and helped found the first Hindu Temple in our city which was the first Hindu temple in the UK. His vision and bravery ensure that I continually strive for success, empowered by his lessons and hardships.

My Grandmother: A determined and strong woman, she raised her children alone after becoming a widow at 27. Known for her resilience, she never relied on others and made sacrifices to support her family. Her courage inspires me to keep raising my game.

My German Shepherd, Oscar: My soul dog ensures I stay on my A-game. To keep us both happy and help others through my work as a coach, mentor, writer, and teacher, I need to be fit, agile, and wealthy.

I’ve set my 30-day goals. If you’re inspired by your own “why,” what are you going to do?
